About the speakers
Amy Peterson - Associate Attorney, Ware | Immigration
Amy Peterson is an Associate Attorney with Ware Immigration. Her practice focuses on employment-based immigration matters for the firm’s diverse client base, including private companies, colleges and universities, and government entities. Ms. Peterson joined Ware Immigration in 2015 as a paralegal. She attended Seattle University School of Law and continued her paralegal work at the firm throughout her studies. Ms. Peterson is a member of the Washington State Bar, the King County Bar Association, and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
Charles Mosher -
Managing Partner, Ware | Immigration
Mr. Mosher is the Managing Partner of the Seattle office of Ware Immigration. Prior to joining the firm, he was General
Counsel and Director of Immigration for CTS International and its affiliated entities. Mr. Mosher spent four years as a partner with the Arlington, Virginia law firm of Levine & Yates where his practice focused on the representation of corporations and individuals in immigration and citizenship matters. Before joining Levine & Yates, Charles was a co-founding partner of
the law firm Babcock & Mosher in Bellingham, Washington. Charlie holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington and a JD from the University of Idaho College of Law. He is a member of the Washington State Bar, the American Immigration Lawyers Association, and is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Washington, the United States District Court in the Western District of Washington, and federal immigration courts nationwide.
David Seok - Studio Leader, The Lighting Practice
David Seok is a Studio Leader at The Lighting Practice’s New York office, where he oversees projects ranging from corporate interiors, healthcare, hospitality, façades and more. A certified lighting designer and past president of the IALD’s NYC chapter, he co-founded the Asian Lighting Community and serves on TLP’s taskforce for culture, belonging, and inclusion.

Amy Ruffles is a Principal at Lighting Workshop, an award-winning lighting design studio based in Brooklyn. Originally from the UK, she has over seventeen years of experience in the lighting industry on both sides of the Atlantic, managing a diverse portfolio of projects spanning corporate, residential, hospitality, and urban redevelopment. As a past President of the Designers Lighting Forum of New York (DLFNY), she is passionate about engaging with the vibrant and diverse lighting community in New York City.
